山东晶镓半导体有限公司成立于20238月,主要从事第三代半导体材料氮化镓(GaN)自支撑单晶衬底的研发、生产和销售。公司以近年来研发的最新GaN单晶生长与衬底加工技术成果为基础,开展全方位产学研合作。是国际上少数具有完全自主知识产权的GaN自支撑单晶衬底生产制造厂家。


GaN衬底材料可用来制作激光器、高端LED、大功率电力电子器件和高功率射频器件等,主要应用于蓝绿光激光显示、激光照明、微波通讯、电力电子等领域。公司依托卓越的研发团队和多年积累的产业化经验,重视技术引领,坚持以创新为核心,完善服务、完善产品,力争成为国际著名的GaN半导体材料公司。


SHANDONG CRYSTAL GAN SEMICONDUCTOR CO., LTD., established in August 2023, specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of free-standing gallium nitride (GaN) substrates. Based on the latest research and development achievements in GaN single crystal growth and substrate processing technologies in recent years, the company conducts comprehensive industry-university-research cooperation. It stands as one of the few international manufacturers with full independent intellectual property rights for GaN substrate growth and processing.
